
Dr Claudio Aguayo is a Senior Digital Innovation Advisor at the Centre for Learning and Teaching, Auckland University of Technology, where he contributes to research, development and implementation of learning technologies. Claudio is currently undertaking research projects at the local, national and international level in mobile learning, sustainability education, science education, collaborative online spaces, and educational app development.
Claudio’s current interests include the role of technology in non-formal contexts through affective and emotional dimensions, innovative use of emerging technologies and pedagogies in learning and teaching, self-organisation of technology-based learning systems, analogue and offline dimensions of mobile learning (i.e. ‘Real Reality’), and embodied enactive cognition in virtual and augmented spaces.
